Our adviser will see carers on a first come, first served basis. You may need to wait to see an adviser and so we recommend calling in advance on 020 85330951 if you are short on time. We may not be able to completely solve your problem on the day but will make a follow up appointment if needed.

Every Wednesday, 10am–1pm, Drop in to our office and speak directly to one of our advisors, no appointment needed. They can help you understand your rights and entitlements as a carer and also for the person you care for. They can: do benefit checks; give housing and disability related advice; complete applications for DLA, PIP, Carers Allowance (follow up appointments will need to be made for these). We offer advice in Dutch, Somali, Bengali, Urdu and Hindi as well as English.
